I went to Mr Hoh's house at about 4PM. While waiting for the canopy, tables & chairs to be arranged, I was setting up the birthday flags for Jia Xuan. Jia Xuan's sister & her friend be my temporary assistants, helping me to put up the birthday flags as well. They are so helpful and cute. Decoration balloon took about 30-45 min to finish & I arranged the table centerpiece, sweets & gifts on the tables and birthday table. Luckily we able to ready everything at 6PM even the tables late. Thanks the crew, Mr Hoh, Ms Eng and the children.... ;)

Job: Oversee catering functions assigned. Provide logistic support for delivery of buffet meals. Maintain & control catering equipment, Establish good working relationships with variety of customers, Ensure prompt & efficient service, knowledge in arranging food in an eye pleasing way.
